NINE LEAVES

NINE LEAVES is an artisanal distillery founded in 2013 in Otsu in the Shiga prefecture of Japan by Yoshiharu Takeuchi.
Takeuchi established his micro-distillery with a demand for high quality. He uses muscovado sugar, which is of great importance in Japan and is made exclusively from Japanese sugar cane. After being distilled twice, the result is very clear, pure rum that presents itself with a very fruity nose.
